    Please note that return-shipping cost and proper packaging is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be issued after product is returned in same condition as shipped.

  • TOOL CARE

    High heat will warp our tools. Do not store in areas that are subject to heat (ie: car, garage, direct sunlight, etc.) Do not use hot water, dishwasher, soaking or expose to excessive heat as the material may warp. 

     

    A quick wipe with a damp sponge should do the trick. For dried-on clay, cool, soapy water can be used with a sponge, rinse and dry.

    SHIPPING: We ship out of the U.S. in 7-14 days. We are not responsible for delayed shipping or delay in Customs. Please check with your local post office for information on your specific DUTIES AND FEES. We are not responsible for additional fees upon delivery. Please allow extra shipping times for high volume or supply chain issues.

     

    RETURNS: Items that are defective and returned will be fully refunded. Partial refunds will be issued if the buyer chooses to return the item because of personal reasons not dealing with the quality of the item. Partial refunds include the price of the item, less original shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be packaged in the same or similar packing material shipped in. All returns must be insured. Full or partial Refunds are issued after shop owner receives the item and inspects it.  Please Note: We are not liable for products that are lost, stolen or broken (misshaped). Please see care instructions below. 

    We are not responsible for delayed items due to "undeliverable addresses" or unforeseen Customs Issues. Refunds for products may be approved, less the shipping amount. It is the buyer's responsibility to check into their country's policies, customs and fees.
