WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items that are defective and returned will be fully refunded. Partial refunds will be issued if the buyer chooses to return the item because of personal reasons not dealing with the quality of the item. Partial refunds include the price of the item, less original shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be packaged in the same or similar packing material shipped in. All returns must be insured. Full or partial Refunds are issued after shop owner receives the item and inspects it.

WHY IS YOUR POTTERY STORE OUT OR LOW IN STOCK?

I am a small-batch artist, which means I am the only one handmaking the designs you see. I work in small batches for a few reasons, but mainly because it gives me an opportunity to restock my store more times throughout the year. Please join my newsletter to hear about shop updates and have  early shop access before the general public! 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW POTTERY?

Great question! All my items are dishwasher and microwave safe. With the exception of: candles and wooden elements. That being said, hand-washing will keep your pottery happier longer.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Absolutely! I love to work one-on-one to create the exact piece you're looking for. Please contact me via email and we can begin with concepts, color schemes, etc. You can also visit my Instagram Gallery for inspiration. Please note that I will not reproduce another artists work.
